Top ∅38 mm, bottom ∅30 mm, smooth continuous taper. CANAL: 12×8 mm rectangular through-hole, full length, centered on axis. 1 mm chamfer at insertion opening. LOCK: ∅3.5 mm hole perpendicular to canal, 25 mm from bottom. Opposite side: M3 hex nut pocket 8 mm wide × 3 mm deep, fully recessed. GRIP (top 65 mm): 6 evenly-spaced longitudinal grooves, 3 mm wide, 2 mm deep, R1.5 U-profile. Between grooves: sinusoidal ridges 0.6 mm high, 3 mm pitch, circumferential. FLANGE (top face): ∅46 mm, 5 mm thick. 45° chamfer 3 mm on underside. Flat smooth top. FILLETS: All outer skin-contact edges ≥ R1.5 mm. Flange-body transition R3 mm. Canal insertion: 1 mm chamfer (not fillet). PRINT: FDM PLA/PETG. Upright (bottom down), no supports needed. Min wall 2.5 mm. Nut pocket bridges 6 mm short axis.
