Create a 3D‑printable solid floor register cover designed to completely block airflow. The duct opening size is 4 inches by 10 inches (101.6 mm × 254 mm). The top plate must sit flush with the floor and measure 5.5 inches by 11.5 inches (139.7 mm × 292.1 mm). The top plate must be 6 mm thick and completely solid. Add a realistic woodgrain texture on the top surface, with long shallow grooves running along the long dimension. Add two longitudinal ribs tying them together. Add four screw holes, one near each corner of the top plate. Each screw hole should be 4 mm diameter with an 8 mm countersink that is 2 mm deep. Position each screw hole 15 mm in from each edge. All edges should have small chamfers for comfort and printability. The model must be manifold, watertight, printable without supports, and oriented flat on the build plate.
