"Create a circular base mechanism for a revolving smart trash can system. The base is a flat circular platform 220mm diameter and 80mm tall with 3mm thick walls, completely hollow inside to house electronics. The revolving cylinder sits on top of the base. It is 203mm diameter and 235mm tall, divided into 3 equal compartments of 120 degrees each with one compartment face oriented directly forward. The dividing walls are 3mm thick going from center to outer wall. The outer wall is 1.5mm thick. The cylinder is open on top and bottom with no floor or ceiling. Each compartment has a small 8mm inward lip at the top for hanging trash bags. The three walls meet at the center like the Mercedes-Benz logo with one point facing directly forward.
