“Create a small detachable pull-tab snap clip for a two-piece paper tray. The clip should be a single-piece printable U-channel latch that slides over the seam where the two tray halves meet. One side of the clip should be rigid and the other side should have a flexible spring arm with an integrated snap hook. The snap hook should lock under a small lip on the tray body. Add a textured pull tab on the outside of the flexible arm so the user can pull the tab outward to release the clip by hand. The clip should be compact, rounded, and strong, designed for FDM 3D printing in PETG. Approximate overall size: 28 mm long, 14 mm wide, 12 mm tall, with a 6.6 mm internal channel sized for two 3 mm thick mating walls. Include smooth fillets at stress points, a lead-in ramp on the snap hook, and slightly rounded edges for easy sliding onto the tray seam. Make it look clean, practical, and easy to print without supports.”
