Create ONLY a simple smooth hollow sphere shell for 3D printing, with no character features. Outer diameter 240 mm, inner diameter 235 mm, wall thickness 2.5 mm. Split the sphere into two separate plain hemispheres joined at the equator. Add a hidden internal screw-thread connection around the equator so the two halves screw together securely and can be opened/closed by hand. Lower hemisphere has male thread, upper hemisphere has matching female thread. Use a coarse rounded trapezoidal FDM-friendly thread, 1.5–2 turns maximum, ~5 mm pitch, ~1 mm depth, with 0.4 mm clearance. Add a reinforced internal ring/lip to support the thread, but keep the outside perfectly smooth, round, and featureless. Flush minimal seam. Watertight manifold STL geometry, printable with minimal/no supports. No head, no robot parts, no panels, no holes, no details, no decorations, no colors, no base, no antenna.
