Design a functional 3D-printable truck mirror lock. Purpose: Create a removable locking device that prevents a spring-loaded truck mirror arm from folding inward. This is a mechanical locking part, not a decorative object. Design Requirements: The mirror arm is a round steel tube with an outside diameter of 19.4 mm. The mirror pivots around a spring-loaded pivot assembly approximately 28.7 mm in diameter. The lock must be a single-piece removable design. The lock must snap onto the 19.4 mm mirror arm using a true C-channel clip underneath. The C-channel should securely grip the tube but still allow installation and removal by hand. The lock should extend over the pivot assembly. Include a large circular clearance hole that drops over the spring/pivot assembly. Most importantly, include a rigid anti-rotation stop feature that physically contacts the fixed mirror bracket and prevents the mirror arm from rotating inward. The stop must be designed to transfer load into the fixed bracket
