SHAPE & STYLE: - Medium-sized jug-style climbing hold (approximately 80mm wide x 60mm deep x 40mm tall) - Ergonomic grip surface with textured, slightly rough finish for friction - Organic, rounded form typical of real climbing holds REAL-WORLD DIMENSIONS: - Must respect standard climbing hold proportions for actual use - Wall-mount base plate: 80x80mm minimum, 6mm thick - 2 mounting bolt holes (M8, diameter 10mm) spaced 50mm apart centered on base INTERNAL CAVITY (CRITICAL): - Large hollow interior cavity accessible from the back/bottom - Interior space minimum: 50mm x 40mm x 25mm to fit: → An Arduino Nano or ESP32 mini board → Wiring and JST connectors → Small LiPo battery (optional) - Cable routing channel: 4mm diameter tunnel running from the interior cavity to the front/side of the hold for LED wire passage - Removable back cover with snap-fit or screw closure (M3 screws) LED INTEGRATION: - 3 to 5 recessed circular holes (diameter 8mm, depth 5mm) on the grip surface for inserting RGB LEDs or NeoPixels flush with the surface - Each LED hole connected to the internal cavity via a 3mm cable channel - Diffuser ledge inside each LED hole for soft light diffusion PRINTABILITY: - Wall thickness minimum 2.5mm everywhere - No overhangs greater than 45° without support areas clearly identified - Flat bottom base for print bed adhesion - Designed for FDM printing in PLA or PETG OUTPUT: - Full solid 3D model ready for slicing - Show both exterior view and a cutaway/section view of the internal cavity
