Prompt
Geometry and sizeI want a simple 3d plate the is 22mm tall and 56mm long, I want the depth of this plate to be 5mm. Along each edge of this plate i want a 1mm chamfer. In the center of the plate i want a through all countersink hole that conforms to a ANSI Metric, Flat Head Screw - ANSI B18.6.7M size M4, Then on both sides of the center hole 11.5mm away i want simple through all holes with a diameter of 4mm Solid rectangular plate, overall 56 mm (length, X) × 22 mm (height, Y) × 5 mm (thickness, Z). Coordinate frame: the plate is sketched on the XY plane and extruded +Z. Edge finishing 1 mm fillets applied to all outer edges: Top and bottom perimeter edges (around the END and START faces). All four vertical corner edges (between the side faces). Holes Center hole: through, countersunk for an ANSI Metric flat head screw M4 (B18.6.7M). Countersink: 90° included angle, 9.4 mm major diameter. Pilot/through: 4.5 mm (normal clearance for M4). Located at the plate center (0, 0). Two “outer” simple through-holes (4.0 mm diameter) positioned “top and bottom” relative to the center: Center coordinates: (0, +11.5) mm and (0, −11.5) mm. Important note: the plate’s half-height is 11 mm, so placing centers at ±11.5 mm puts them 0.5 mm past the top/bottom edges. In other words, these produce edge cutouts rather than fully round holes inside the plate. If you want full round holes just inside the edges, a practical center offset would be ≤ 9.0 mm (leaves ~2 mm edge distance with a 2 mm hole radius). I can adjust to your preferred edge distance. Physical properties (from the current model) Volume: 5.8265 cm³. Surface area: 3202.76 mm². Center of mass: approximately at x ≈ 0 mm, y ≈ 0 mm, z ≈ 2.483 mm (mid‑thickness as expected). Body type: a single, watertight solid suitable for STL export (holes and countersink included in the solid). Standards and assumptions Countersink dimensions follow a common ANSI Metric flat head machine screw M4 spec (90°; 9.4 mm major). The 4.5 mm pilot is a “normal/standard” clearance.
