Mold blocks (both halves): 100mm x 100mm x 55mm rectangular block. the hemispherical cavity is centered in the block 65mm diameter, 32.5mm deep, wall thickness between the cavity and the outer block edge is 17mm on all sides. the cavity should be 6mms thick a model 53mm inner cavity offset inside the 65mm outer cavity for the shell wall. Bayonet locks (top half only): 3 rectangular taps going inward from the rim to hemisphere, evenly spaced at 0 degrees, 120dgrees and 240. each tap 18mm wide 8mm deep (radially) and 10mm tall tab sit flush with the parting face. bayonet groves (bottom half) so the tab can rotate into a locked position with a hard stop wall at the end of the 30 degree arc. Parting face: both halves have a perfectly flat at the equator. This face must be smooth with no features crossing it except the tab and groove at the rim.
