Outer skin 0.8mm thin, interior filled with Voronoi lattice (cells 8-15mm, walls 0.6mm) visible through skin like leaf veins. Blade cross-section: asymmetric airfoil, flat bottom, convex top, 8mm max thickness. Three subtle vein ribs recessed 0.4mm on top surface per blade. Central hub 32mm diameter, 38mm tall, smooth 8.3mm center bore for rotation on fixed metal rod. Conical slide bearing integrated inside hub bore: 15deg self-centering cone, lubrication spiral grooves on inner surface, flared 14mm thrust flange at base. Retaining ring at bottom locks on rod. Z-axis two-color split: blades and upper hub = purple, lower hub and bearing = teal green. Split is one clean horizontal plane, no overhangs crossing it. No supports needed.
